Jacqlyn serves as the Director of Cyber Services Strategy and Operations at Geller. She has over 10 years of cross-functional experience in business and technology strategy, operations optimization, and program and project management.
Jacqlyn excels in identifying process improvement opportunities, managing projects and stakeholder communications, and driving strategic priorities through tactical implementation. For the last several years, she has focused in technology and security, developing strategies to build a strong risk management program and culture specific to client families and their associated entities.
Jacqlyn has held leadership roles in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, and Engineering. She has led teams in various firm-wide initiatives, spanning technology innovation, cultural transformation, and cost and efficiency optimization. Her varied exposure allows her to relate to and understand the uniqueness of each client’s challenges. She collaborates with clients and their company executives to identify the most successful cultural adoption strategies and build the best-suited solutions.
With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, Jacqlyn has worked in the FinTech, utilities, and medical device industries. She has served as a national conference presenter for the Society of Women Engineers, is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and is also a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.
